What our Guests are Saying

“Our family rang in the New Year at Fall River Village Resort Condos and had an amazing time. We returned again in February for the “Whiskey Warmup” and it felt like springtime. This will become a regular event for us now. The town was very lively, and entertaining. The shop owners are very friendly and accommodating, the food was perfect, and the weather outstanding. We ventured into RMNP for a hike around Bear Lake, and headed back to FRV for a soak in the hot tub. The FRV condos were set up perfectly for our family of 5, and had everything we needed. You can walk across the street for a wood fired pizza, or just a couple blocks to downtown. We are looking forward to returning this summer and attending some events at performance park amphitheater this summer which adjoins the FRV property. I highly recommend booking a stay here!”   – The Pries Family

“We came up for a guys golf trip and stayed at Fall River Village. The condos are furnished amazingly. They are all very roomy, clean and have nice layouts. This property is beautiful, right next to the river and walking distance to downtown. Lots to do on the property; hot tubs, fire pits, pool. We WILL be back and 100% recommend this property.” –Todd

“Great condo. Very nicely, newly furnished. Stylish and clean and comfortable. The bed was great, even with my sensitive back. Nice breezes and light. Location can’t be beat, so easy to get around. Like you’re right in town, but much quieter and private than you would guess for being able to walk everywhere.” – MJ

“Walking distance to downtown Estes Park and just outside Rocky Mountain NP. Clean comfortable and well managed. On site staff was pleasant and helpful. This will be our choice the next time we are in Estes Park.” – Anonymous
